Calibration

	We are supplying standard RI to customers on the basis of the traceability system. The word “traceability” means “possibility of identifying the origin”, that is, our specific secondary standard equipment is connected to the national standard, maintaining the traceability. A calibration certificate with a JCSS logo will be issued by us, provided that the calibration was conducted by us in accordance with the proper procedures. The certificate proves the traceability to the national standard. We provide the following calibration services in addition to the above mentioned service with the logo:

	•Similar calibration services for survey meters etc.: scale calibration of radiation measuring instruments. •Standard irradiation services: irradiation services with X-ray, γ-ray, β-ray or neutron-beam to check the sensitivity and / or properties, etc. of personal dosimeters and the like by standard irradiation. •Dose rate valuation services for calibration equipment etc: to measure the irradiation dose of calibration equipment, or dose rate of calibration positions, and evaluate them.
