Launched an external personal radiation monitoring service with film badges in the Technical Division of Chiyoda Roentgen (currently Fujifilm Medical Co., Ltd.).

Founded Chiyoda Appliance in Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo to manufacture and sell various radiation protective equipment for the prevention of radiation damage, and to maintain the film badge business.
